CNA Caregiver - Hourly Services

Eldercare Systems is a great solution for people seeking a non-medical hourly CNA in-home health service. Eldercare's Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) provide daily or periodic personal care and companionship as required by the client. They deliver personal care to those who want to maintain their independence and remain in the comfort of their own homes. Despite the challenges of age or illness, Eldercare home health caregivers make it possible for people to remain in familiar surroundings, participate in community activities, go to church, attend meetings, tend to personal relationships and maintain a normal relationship with family and friends.

Caregiver Services are Personal & Flexible

Eldercare understands the burdens and difficulties of elderly care giving and meets each family's particular needs by offering flexible CNA scheduling by the hour, by the day or by the assignment. Companion caregivers, willing to live in, are also available. At Eldercare, participation in the 50 & BETTER CENTER may also be scheduled in conjunction with homecare to reduce costs and provide greater opportunity for interaction with others. Each home care client is given free membership to the center.

CNA Live-In or In-Home Care Assignment Process

After an initial phone interview, a home visit is scheduled when the entire family can come together to discuss their concerns and help plan a care-giving strategy. An Eldercare home health professional, trained to help, will listen and explain the various care giving options available. Eldercare placement personnel match the home health and personal needs of the family with the most appropriate skills, experience and personality of the home health worker.

Hourly Rates

Eldercare Systems, Inc. has a four hour minimum.

Rates are determined by weekly usage.

 4 - 16 hours/week is $18.50/hour

17 - 40 hours/week is $17.50/hour

over 40 hours/week is $17.00/hour
